Snow {ice} Day
We got a snow {ice} day today! Samuel was so excited last night about his "tricks" to make it snow. He put a spoon under his pillow to help the snow come. Well the sleet/ice came and he couldn't be happier! It is super cold but the boys are enjoying going out in spurts! We opted for some cinnamon rolls and hot chocolate for breakfast before we headed out! What a fun day it will be!
I asked him to smile and I got his statue face/hands instead! Never a dull moment with this kid, that's for sure!

Cold Days Inside
We have had some very cold days so we are making the most of our time inside! Our first major fort (opened a can of worms...every morning this is the first thing Samuel asks for!) and the boys loved it. We had to leave it up so Daddy could see it when he got home. There was lots of book reading, tower building and hide and seek going on today under this blanket!
Henry's first try in the jumperoo...I think he will like it just as much as Samuel did...he hung out in here until he fell asleep!
Merry Late Christmas to me!
I have been asking for these herb boxes just outside my porch for a little over a year. When we got home from Memphis I found these in my garage and am SO EXCITED about them! Ryan has worked hard to make my desires come true and I love him for it! Can't wait for spring to plant and summer to enjoy my yummy fresh herbs!
Just a lazy Sunday afternoon
Samuel got to feed Henry a bottle for the first time and he did a great job! He was very proud of himself!
Lately Samuel has been wanting to play "the statue game" which consists of him making a crazy face and hands...usually with his eyes rolled and tongue sticking out! He is so crazy and so fun!
This is Charlie's statue pose...we are working on it!
Now I know where Samuel gets it! Samuel has been wanting to take pictures all the time. Below are a few he took that turned out pretty great...90% of them are of the ceiling, side of the chair, half our faces, etc.
