Samuel's 1 year pictures

So, my incredibly talented sister-in-law took these pictures over July 4th weekend. I LOVE them all! Can't wait to get some in frames around the house! If you're in Atlanta and need a photographer check out www.920photography.com

Project

I have been wanting another project to work on and it came at just the right time. We have a stainless steel fridge, which doesn't allow us to put magnets/pictures up. I had seen this in several magazine and home improvement shows, just didn't have the place for it yet! Well, here it is! I painted the wall with magnetic paint and then chalkboard paint over it, framed it, and here it is! I LOVE IT!!! I kinda have the itch to start paint all the walls with it, but for my husband's sake I will refrain!

playing in the yard

It is still pretty hot outside to spend a lot of time out there, but we ventured out just for a little while this afternoon.
Samuel on the porch rolling on my ball and catching bubbles
Our buddies gave Samuel this for his birthday. he kept trying to drink it and really couldn't figure out why he couldn't get close enough without getting sprayed in the face.
Wondering how many more laps he was going to have to do!

Pops comes to visit

My dad came to visit and it has been so much fun. Today we drug my dad to the beach (definitely not his favorite place to spend an afternoon) and he seemed to have a good time!

Visiting with Friends

Our friend Evan decided to make the trek to Wilmington this week and we've had a lot of fun. Our friends Abby and Joe also came over with their kids. We spent the day at the beach and had a blast.

pardon the fogginess, my camera kept fogging up, but I just love this smile. Samuel LOVES the beach and always has so much fun.

The Fernandez family, we wish you lived closer...or that you would just visit more often!
